Danone : PIMS International deployment
PIMS (Program Information Management System) was rolled out in 2025 to Danone subsidiaries to manage milk quality and safety control measures through the MilQsaT program.
PIMS uses milk delivery and quality data, and enables the collection of field information, it coordinates actions at various levels : collection area, country, and worldwide.
CalypsoVet : New business processes deployed to production
Almost three years have passed since the CalypsoVet tool was launched ! Today, it is an integral part of the daily work of veterinarians and DGAL services, particularly for managing health crises related to regulated diseases such as HPAI, bluetongue and MHE.
More recently, CalyspoVet has been made available to veterinarians for the management of experimental bovine health inspections. Further developments are now awaited.
Contribution to Hill's Pet Nutrition ECF in Sardinia
Lucile Frayssinet, senior consultant at Phylum, attended Hill's Pet Nutrition's ECF in Sardinia, where she led a conference on growth drivers in general canine medicine.
This was a unique opportunity for inspiring discussions with the entire Hill's Europe management team - marketing, sales, veterinary affairs, HR and Finance - all of whom are committed to supporting and promoting the veterinary profession in Europe.
DEMV Strategy Module at ENVT
As every year, the Veterinary Management Diploma Strategy Week at ENVT brought together around fifteen participants for theoretical lectures and practical, collaborative workshops to explore the major strategic issues in veterinary medicine.
For the 2025 edition, Joe Alkosseifi and Anaïs Redissi, consultants at Phylum, joined the group for the week as part of a continuing education program to further strengthen their skills.
World Bank : One Health Strategy in North Africa
As part of the World Bank's One Health initiative for the Middle East and North Africa region, Phylum organized a workshop with representatives from the ministries of agriculture, healthn, and environment to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the current organization and identify priorities for implementing the One Health approach in public health policies.
50 departmental laboratories trained in SIEG
As part of the Ministry of Agriculture's implementation of the national SIEG, Phylum represented by Hélène Rouch, led five training sessions organized by ADILVA, bringing together a total of more than 50 departmental veterinary laboratories.
The aim of this training was to give laboratories an understanding of the DGAL's expectations and the tools to implement cost accounting to support the calculation of SIEG activities.
Divesting the LIMS activity
After more than 20 years of adventure, during which more than 15 laboratories were equipped with the Phylum.Laboratoire LIMS, Phylum decided to sell this business to LIMSEO to enable its development.
Phylum continues to play a key role in supporting analytical laboratories with their strategic and organizational projects and information system issues.
Abdel Boussekine joins the team
Due to the expansion of its project management assistance activities, Phylum has decided to strengthen its team of consultants. Welcome to Abdel, who joined us on October 1st, 2025 !
With his technical and project management expertise, he is involved in projects such as Epifaune, the health database developed on behalf of the French Office for Biodiversity and various tools developed for Danone.

Ecology in action 🚲
Phylum offers eco-friendly services to promote sustainable transportation. In 2025, Phylum cyclists were able to take advantage of a bike maintenance service right outside their offices.
Thanks to Atelier Bamboubécane, seven bikes were inspected, serviced, and in some cases repaired, all in a friendly atmosphere.
