Support for Danone's Animal Welfare programme

The complete management of the programme (project management and project management assistance) is assigned to Phylum, which provides its expertise as an organisation and strategy consultancy, together with Idele. Phylum's teams also provide scientific ans technical support for the development of training courses and guides for lilvestock farmers and veterinarians.

Phylum is also responsible for managing and analysing all the data generated by the programme : audit results, training ans technical support follow-up. These data are recorded in an IT project management tool - PIMS - designed, developed and maintained by Phylum.
