Signature of MoU for a FASEP in Philippines to strengthen dairy sector

 

During the first mission for this feasibility study, an official ceremony has been organized by the French Embassy to sign the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National Dairy Authority (NDA), represented by Department of Agriculture - Philippines Secretary Francisco P. Tiu Laurel Jr.

Phylum (Dr. Francois Gary and Anaïs REDISSI) is coordinated this study that will involve several French companies (Boccard, SERAP Group, CRD, NTD France, KUHN Group, COOPEX MONTBELIARDE, IRRIFRANCE GROUPE…) and organizations (Institut de l'Elevage (idele), SEMAE) proposing French technologies, solutions and expertise to develop the Philippines dairy sector.

The objective of the FASEP is to finalize an investment program and to perform a feasibility study allowing to request the financial support of the French government through a dedicated loan.
