OFB' sanitary database

After developing the version 1 of the Epifaune application in 2014 - 2015, Phylum began designing and developing version 2 of this application.
Epifaune manages event surveillance data for wildlife, centralizes information on commemorative animal health events associated with collection events and samples from the SAGIR network (tool for the epidemiological surveillance of birds and wild mammals) and ONCFS (Office National de la Chasse et de la Faune Sauvage is National Hunting and Wildlife Office) partner networks as well as the analysis results transmitted or entered by the laboratories.
The new version on which Phylum is working should facilitate the centralization of animal health data via the implementation of a mobile application, the improvement of the ergonomics of entering analysis results and the implementation of electronic data exchanges with laboratories in eLabs format.
