Support for the Danone group in its Quality and Sanitary Safety approach for milk
For 30 years, Phylum has supported the Danone group in the design and implementation of its quality and health safety policy for raw milk (or raw milk), in some fifteen countries. Each year, Phylum organizes training courses for Danone auditors of all nationalities, to monitor the compliance of supplier farms with the group's requirements.
In this context, Phylum has developed and implemented an information system dedicated to quality and traceability with both practical input tools in the field and dashboards for managers. Containing both the results of audits carried out in the farms and the results of milk quality analysis, it allows to analyze and understand the problems in the field and to ensure the risk analysis, in order to adapt the strategy to guarantee the quality and safety of milk from farms and to react in the event of a crisis.
