Supporting the French Veterinary Statutory Body on the Calypso project

Calypso is an online application that enables data and information to be exchanged upwards and downwards between veterinarians, the authorities and other parties involved in the health sector. It has been open to all veterinarians in France since 14 March 2023.

The application brings together 13 business processes, which are put into production on a  priority basis : management on continuing training courses, a tool for steering the national vaccination campaign against highly pathogenic avian influenza, which began on 02 October 2023, management of notifications to veterinarians, an interface database for transmitting butchery exclusions for equines, and health reporting in the event of animal abuse.
