First post COVID-19 PVS Gap Analysis F2F mission in Kenya

The OIE (World Animal Health Organisation) is relaunching the field mission of the PVS pathway within the countries. Dr François GARY, managing partner of Phylum, is leading the PVS Gap analysis mission in Kenya with a fantastic team of the OIE experts : Dr Emilio LEON from Argentina, Dr Niksa BARISIC from Croatia, and Dr Dooshima KWANGE from Nigeria. Dr Charles OCHODO and Dr Damaris MWOLO from the Kenyan Veterinary Services are participating actively to the team for the preparation and the implementation of the mission.

This mission is performed through the new format "PVS Gap analysis 2.0", more customized to the needs of the country. The PVS Gap Analysis mission is a combination of remote meetings for identifying the pillars based high level political priorities, and a country mission involving the local team with the ambition of allowing the local veterinary service to adapt the PVS Gap Analysis result according to their discussion with their national decision makers.
